These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Sagronas ("Sagronas", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all applications, games, websites, tools, and services developed, published, or operated by Sagronas (collectively, "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you must stop using the relevant Service.

2. Disclaimer

Our Services are offered for their stated purposes and are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing within any Sagronas Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, clinical, or any other form of professional advice. Any content, suggestions, outputs, or results generated by our Services — including outputs from automated or AI-assisted features — are provided for general informational or entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be continuously available, error-free, or free from bugs, interruptions, or data loss. Results are subject to variability and may be affected by device performance, operating system updates, network conditions, or third-party service changes.

We are not responsible for any outcomes — physical, psychological, financial, reputational, or otherwise — that may arise from your use of or reliance upon our Services. You assume full responsibility for how you use our Services and for any decisions you make based on content within them.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to use our Services. 4. Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sagronas grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-commercial licence to download, access, and use our Services solely for their intended lawful personal purpose.

This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or underlying logic from our Services. It also does not include the right to sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or commercially exploit any part of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and elements of our Services — including but not limited to source code, graphics, artwork, animations, audio, music, text, user interface designs, game mechanics, gameplay systems, AI models, prompts, templates, branding, and trademarks — are the proprietary property of Sagronas or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Sagronas.

6. User Content

Where our Services permit you to create, input, upload, or submit content — including but not limited to notes, session logs, text entries, recordings, or other user-generated material ("User Content") — you retain ownership of that content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Sagronas a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and use that content solely to the extent necessary to provide you with the relevant Service functionality, including features such as local storage, synchronisation, backup, AI processing, or moderation, where applicable.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use any Sagronas Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or harm any individual or group.
• Generate, store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of any Service, server, or network.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with our Services in ways not intended for normal use.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features in any Service for unfair advantage or any purpose other than reporting them to us.

Where a Service involves features that record, transcribe, or otherwise process conversations, audio, or input from multiple parties, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from all individuals involved prior to using those features.

8. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, content, or providers, including advertising networks, analytics services, payment platforms, AI service providers, and distribution platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Our Services may be supported by advertising revenue. Where advertisements appear within a Service, they are clearly distinguished from our content. We do not endorse the products or services advertised and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of advertiser content.

We select advertising partners carefully and, where applicable, require them to meet standards appropriate to our audience, including participation in the Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sagronas and its developers, officers, affiliates, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, any of our Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, game progress, saved content, virtual items, achievements, loss of enjoyment, opportunity, revenue, damage to devices or software, harm arising from reliance on content generated by or within our Services, service interruptions, crashes, bugs, or unauthorised access to your data.

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages are excluded even if Sagronas has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sagronas and its developers, officers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your User Content.

11. Termination

Sagronas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the relevant Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12 — shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sagronas is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sagronas with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
